It is my goal as your full service real estate Broker specializing in the Boston Metro West area, covering Northshore, and 30 to 45 min from Boston in all directions, to provide you with superior service at all times. Here is a little bit about me:

I have over 30 years experience ( 500 + homes sold) .. I am the past president of the Women's council of Realtors, the past board member of the Draper Chamber of Commerce and presently Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker here in Boston. My mailing address is 2 Neptune Road, Suite 222, East Boston, MA 02128 and reside in East Boston. I lived previously in Danvers, Peabody, Nahant and East Boston and I am very familiar with the surrounding areas of Boston and North Shore.

I have done several Short Sales and have closed them successfully. So if you are in default, please do not hesitate to call me right away. I was referred to Lynn by a friend who recently purchased a home with Lynn’s help. We had scheduled our first appointment for a Tuesday to meet and view a few places I had told her that I was interested in. On Monday afternoon Lynn called me to see about adding a brand new listing as she thought it was just what I was looking for. I looked up the MLS number with her on the phone and definitely wanted it added to the list. Lynn immediately scheduled a showing of that new listing with the listing agent and I was one of the first potential buyers to tour it. She was right, it was exactly what I was looking for! I madea offerafter seeing it and after some minor negotiations, they accepted! By viewing the home immediately, I was able to put in a reasonable offer in the first days of the listing and was not involved in a bidding war – which I’m sure saved me money and headaches! I’m all moved in and love the place! Especially the deeded parking space and outdoor space (a balcony & aroofdeck!) which were 2 of the things that Lynn knew I would want!
